Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, we have a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once a Test Series package is purchased and added to your dashboard, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Double Payments / Transaction Failures

If money is deducted from your bank account but the test series is not activated on your dashboard (due to network failure or gateway timeout), please do not panic.

• If the payment is marked as "Failed" by the gateway, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method by your bank within 5-7 working days.
• If you accidentally made a double payment for the same test series, please contact our support team at support@lawclassesjaipur.com within 24 hours with your Order ID. We will initiate a refund for the duplicate transaction after verification.

3. Cancellations

Since access is automated, cancellations by the user are not applicable. However, Law Classes Jaipur reserves the right to cancel your account or subscription without refund if we detect suspicious activity, account sharing, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
